Contact Us About Casino Reviews and Editorial Policy

How to Reach Us
You can contact the Casino Expert Au team by email at [email protected]. This is the only channel we use — we do not operate phone lines, live chats or physical offices, and any contact details claiming otherwise are not ours.
What to Email Us About
We welcome messages on the following topics:
- Corrections and updates. If you’ve spotted an error in one of our reviews, a bonus term we’ve listed incorrectly, or information that is out of date, let us know. Please include the page URL and, where possible, a screenshot or reference number.
- Editorial questions. Questions about how we evaluate casinos, how our ratings work, or requests to clarify something we’ve published.
- Editorial policies. If you want to know whether we accept sponsored content or how we handle affiliate relationships, ask away — we’ll answer plainly.
- Partnerships and advertising. Media buyers, affiliate managers and operators can reach us at the same address with proposals.
Response Times
We aim to reply to legitimate enquiries within 2 business days. If you haven’t heard back within a week, check your spam folder before following up — our replies occasionally land there.
What We Cannot Help With
To keep expectations clear, here is what this inbox is not for:
- Disputes with gambling operators. We are an information website, not a dispute resolution service. If an offshore casino has withheld your winnings, frozen your account or continued charging your bank account, we cannot intervene on your behalf. Keep your own records — screenshots, reference numbers and timestamps — as these matter if you pursue a complaint. Note that offshore operators offer no Australian consumer-law recourse, ombudsman access or court jurisdiction, and Australian authorities will not help recover funds from them. Unlicensed operators can be reported to your state or territory regulator.
- Self-exclusion and BetStop. If you have registered with BetStop, the National Self-Exclusion Register, and need to change or remove your exclusion, contact BetStop directly — removal requires a statutory declaration and is not possible during the first three months. We cannot shorten, extend or otherwise modify anyone’s exclusion. Also be aware that BetStop does not cover offshore casinos and will not close or prevent offshore accounts.
- Account or payment issues at casinos. Deposit limits and responsible gambling tools at offshore casinos are controlled by the operator, not by us, and may not connect to Australian tools. Payment questions — including bank refusals, irreversible PayID and crypto transfers, or the upcoming restrictions on transactions to offshore gambling operators from 1 January 2027 — should be raised with your bank or payment provider.
Gambling Support
If gambling is causing you financial stress, relationship strain or feelings of loss of control, this is not something to email us about — please contact a dedicated gambling support service instead. Free, confidential help is available across Australia, including 24/7 counselling and telephone support lines.
For information on safer gambling tools, self-exclusion and where to find help, see our responsible gambling page.
A Note on Play
The Interactive Gambling Act targets providers rather than players — accessing prohibited services is not an offence for Australian residents. Still, we encourage you to verify any operator’s licence number against the regulator’s public register rather than relying on footer badges, and to treat mismatched or expired numbers as red flags.
